Game Pass Quest for July 2-16 not showing 1st week progress

I was just checking the status of my progress in the current Game Pass Quest on the web page and it showed no progress in terms of the Play any Game Pass game for 60 minutes, 3 days in a row. I have more than completed that, logging in time on Recore, Gears
4, State of Decay 2 and Elder Scrolls Online - more like 4-5 days in a row with at least 60 minutes per day but no progress on that portion of the quest is shown. I'd like confirmation that this has been counted and I am just seeing a web site glitch (the
Xbox Live Quest is properly tracking BTW) before I embark on the second part of the quest as it does take some grinding and do not want to waste time if for some reason you aren't counting my current progress. Thank you in advance for looking into this.

Game Pass Summer Edition Quest

So I had posted previously (over a month ago) about my progress for both April and May not recording date correctly, and thus not unlocking my rewards. I never got help, and never got a reply to that post, so I have a feeling this will fall on deaf ears.

Here I am again, this time with the Xbox Game Pass Summer Edition quest.

For the weeks of July 3-16

Quest 1: play 60 minutes of a game past game 3 consecutive days. I did that, with Elder Scrolls Online. I know it was consecutive days, and my time was long enough because the standard Gold Quest for the same week was 3 hours 3 consecutive days, which unlocked.

Quest 2: earn 3 achievements in ESO between July 10th and the 16th. I did that as well. On July 14th I unlocked 3 achievements.

Went to the quest page for this particular quest and neither of them show as completed.

Xbox Quests - Not eligible?

Hello,

When I try to visit the website for the Xbox Live Quests, it says, "Sorry about that... It looks like you are ineligible for this promo."

I don't understand why I am getting this message; my gold subscription is active until May of next year, and my game pass subscription is active until August. I was able to check my progress for the Quest of June 16 - July 2 until a few days ago when I started
to see this message.

Any help would be appreciated,

Hi, the xbox quests website never updates properly. Microsoft still have the info though, so they will know what quests you have done, so don't worry about it.

Did you originally have the game downloaded through Game Pass? It was on Game Pass until July 1st this year. Now it is not.

also there is not even a game pass quests feature visible now, just 'try again later', and previous weeks of quests were wiped after they expired, even though they showed 100% complete i could not turn them in for points

i asked support to look at my profile for verification, daily achievements etc, i am an older disabled gamer and really not getting anywhere with this, i want out of game pass but have paid up to next july because i never had these kind of problems before

We checked his account. We're not due for another payment until July 1st. He also has the game pass. That's current as well and not due until July 11th.
