Game Pass Purchase - 2 Free Forza Games

I purchased the Game Pass for £79 that was supposed to include the 2 free Forza games, but I am yet to receive these.

Been told by Xbox Live Chat to post a ticket for this query.

I have a few questions...

1. The games that are "Included with game pass" are free if you have game pass? (Like See of thieves or Rocket league)

2. The games that are "now available on xbox game pass" like Forza Horizon4 are free too if you have game pass?

3. I have a problem... I can't start my 14-day free trial

 

If you have only just purchased the game pass, then the codes will be sent out via xbox live message within 10 days.

 

It takes time, I've seen cases where people had to wait for a week before receiving their codes, hopefully it won't take that long for you but rest assured that you'll get your codes.

 

I have actually waited 10 days now, the first guy on live chat told me to get in contact again if I had not received by 28th. So I contacted again today and they said to post here and someone should be able to help. The guy today said that this has been
happening to a lot of people...

 

The terms of the offer states the codes should be sent within 7-10 days, but no later than October 21. They're generally sent in waves so if you don't receive them by that date, you'd want to post back.

21, 2018. Its in the fine print but its there.
