Adquiri o Game Pass no último dia da promoção Valentine's Day, que terminou em 22/02, onde supostamente eu receberia 2 meses por 2 reais.

Porém, na minha conta consta que dia 22/03 (apenas 1 mês após a compra) está programa a renovação por 29,00.

Hi I'm sorry but it sounds like this is a matter for you to go through your Microsoft account. At the very least you may want to contact support to better assist you on this matter.

Hi Daniel,

You should indeed have two months of Game Pass on your account before it renews at normal price if you were charged at the discounted price. If your account is showing differently as you have stated, you will need to contact customer support as we cannot
help with this issue on the forums since we do not have the proper tools to verify account information and details, just like XBF Crystal stated.

Just go to
https://support.xbox.com/contact-us, then:

Select Xbox One
Select See other options.
Select Payment & Billing
Select show contact options and go to step 4
Select request a callback from support
