    i fulfilled all the Criteria in last months Xbox game pass free prize. I have still nlt had my prizes whas going next on!

    Did you check your "Game Pass Goals" tile on your Game Pass Game Library/Hub on the console?

    This tile will display an offer to receive a "Mystery Gift" or an "Ultimate Mystery Gift" depending on the level of participation from you.

    If you have, please know that you will receive a Service Message approximately 4 weeks after the conclusion of the promotion containing a 25-digit code for your Mystery Gift. That Service Message will also include a "Redeem Code" button embedded in the
    message for a quick redemption experience on the console.

    You can see what prizes your purchased from the Vault on the Gems statement on the MyRewards page. Since you purchased the Game Pass, that was the prize that was redeemed to your account.

    According to the official
    Game Pass Goals Prize Draw Rules    , prizes should deliver within 4 weeks after the conclusion of the promotion to all eligible customers. Since this promotion just ended at the end of September, be sure to give it a few weeks for those prizes to come through!
