Game pass perks for NBA 2K20

I've just bought a month of game pass for £1 so I could claim the two free perks for NBA 2K20, I've claimed them and installed them but I haven't been given the rewards on my game. I've tried restarting the game and restarting the console and tried uninstalling
then reinstalling the two DLCs but I've still not received anything in game even though it says my DLC is installed.

There’s a promotional offer for nba 2k20 in game pass ultimate on perks, its a downloadable add-on of 15,000 vc, i downloaded it on my main account, does the other account get it or not

Hi There,

Try to add and remove your account while keeping your games and apps option and then see if that helps to reinitialize the connection to the Xbox servers and dlc.

I had the similar problem so what i did was reset my console and redownloading the packs and that happen to work

Is this only happening with NBA 2K20, or with other games too?

I'm the same! I purchased NBA 2K20 Legend Edition game (with disc). I've redeemed the code in Microsoft, and I can see NBA 2K20 Legend Edition Bonus in my Order History as redeemd, but cant find it on the XboX
