Game pass perk doesn't work

The version for Ultimate is the same as regular Game Pass. Ultimate is just a way of bundling subscriptions. It doesn't effect how Game Pass/perks work.

If you have game pass ultimate go into the game pass tab and click on perks the nitro is under perks

The perks are just an added bonus for buying Game Pass. Nobody buys Game Pass just for the perks. Sorry that it didn't work on the console, but support is right in this case. They are free.

You may not be able to claim the perks from your location as in my experience, staying in an unsupported region might work with getting subscriptions through gift cards but it doesn't work when trying to claim region specific perks. Install the Xbox Game Pass app on an android device, sign into the account that has the subscription and try to claim the perks from there.

If possible, could you try checking again the Xbox Game Pass app but using your mobile data internet to see if something change?
