I renewed my game pass and it says pending

Did you use a Credit Card for the renewal ?

If so, check if you can find the transaction on the credit card website.

yes, i also did that. or is it because my account have pending payment for pc game pass this month ? i tried to cancel my subs but the status still pending

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

To make sure, when you log into account.live.com & select services & subscriptions, do you see an active Xbox Game Pass subscription on your account?

Also, do you happen to notice any specific error code/messages when you try to install/play Xbox Games Pass titles?
