This is not a problem with Game Pass or the Microsoft Store.

If you use your video card with overclocking I recommend restoring it to factory defaults, reinstalling your card's drivers and as this processor has integrated graphics, I recommend disabling the processor's graphics.

If the problem persists, I recommend contacting Nvidia.

You might have heard about this question, so we would like to ask if you can recall. Did you install any kind of antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall, proxy and PC Optimizer in your PC? Also, is your PC customized or have had recent change on motherboard? Are we part of Windows or Xbox Insider? By the way, are we on Windows 8.1 or 10 or 11?

This next suggested troubleshooting I will be giving could be related to your user profile on Windows PC.

1. Please create a local user profile using this guide: Create a local user or administrator account in Windows (microsoft.com)
   
2. Kindly check if you can use Xbox app with no issue and try to launch your games on that profile.
   
3. Try to check if you can install app with no issue on Microsoft Store.

isnt UE4 going to be used in the next gears of war game

I don't want to build to the Xbox because my pc is not nearly good enough for ue4

Specs:

GT 710

Core i5 710

6gb ram

And some other useless specs

It's nearly like a 1990s pc and definitely can't run ue4

My series x can. Is there any way to deploy the whole engine to xbox one?

I know there is a thing called uwp so it definitely can.

There is a step called packaging in ue4 which makes your game run outside the editor

It uses a custom file format called .pak

Epic also gives a free copy of unreal which can build to Xbox one.

I have that source code and its uwp so If I deploy that to Xbox one, (which I have set up, ready for deployment), will it run properly?

I did see a post on reddit of someone having the same issue on Epic launcher and they had a GTX 1080
