Game pass pc privileges issue

Having a issue with my beta game pass, I can install games I can play certain games just fine, but recently ive been kicked to offline play only. There used to be a second window pop up that came up after installing and starting the first time, to let
me allow the game to get online and be able to record achievements. But this window now doesn't come up at all or is automatically closed. Now certain games I cant play at all because it wont let me online. example being two point hospital, start the game,
loads up, and gets to the main title screen and says press space, I press space and it minimizes the screen for the second screen to come up, but that second screen doesn't come up so it just loops back to the main title screen. im trying to figure out how
to find the options for that second screen to stop being closed so I can allow games to connect to xbox live.

Windows fully updated, 1909 I believe. Tried running as admin, reset the app. No second screen.

You are talking about the permissions popup, is that correct?

Can you check your Windows 10 is fully updated? Also, can you try to run Xbox Beta App with Administrator privileges and tell us if said screen appears when you boot up a game?

If not, try to reset the Xbox Beta App following these steps and try to boot up a game again please :

"You can reset the App by going to Settings > Apps > Xbox (Beta) and press the "Advanced options" link and then scroll down a bit and hit the "Reset" button, which will reset the app."

If you can’t install Game Pass Games on your PC, follow these suggestions:

Check if you have the right Game Pass
Clear Cache of Xbox Game Pass App
Update to the latest Windows 10 version
Admin privileges for Games
Give Admin privileges for Games
Check Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter
Repair Game if it keeps crashing or doesn’t work
Cannot Sign in to Xbox Live

Hi! Yes I have bought the game through the game pass for PC. The error codes I receive are as followed;

1. 0x80073d0d

2. 0x803fb107

3. 0x80070005

It also doesn't want to install the "Digital Ownership" since it need Admin privileges. Which my PC and current user do. I can't find a way to solve that issue as well.

i downloaded the fallout 76 xbox game from game pass and launched in it in xbox companion on on my pc. It launches to the load screen but when i select play it gives me the profile privileges message.
