Game Pass Pc not recognizing I have Ultimate

For some reason it has made me purchase game pass for pc, even with having game pass ultimate until late 2021. Not sure why it doesn’t recognize I’ve already paid for the pass.

I can only do the cloud gaming feature via https://xbox.com/play

If I log in via the PC App it does not recognize that I have Game Pass Ultimate so I cannot do either cloud gaming or console streaming. Which are features specific to Game Pass Ultimate.

I have done all that. Even after restarting yesterday, I had the same problem.

I went to try it again today, before continuing this thread, and now there is no problem. I didn't change anything, and Xbox (Beta) now works.

I have Game Pass Ultimate, yet my pc does not recognice it and wants me to upgrade.

When I try to download them from the microsoft store, it starts, then says "error."

first of all I suggest you verify the active subscriptions from this page:

If the Game Pass Ultimate subscription is active, you should try to donwload the new Xbox App (still in beta) as explained here:
