Game pass PC error 0x00000001 and 0x80242020

Hello, I need help, I bought an xbox controller and it came with a game pass code x 14 days, it turns out that when installing it throws the error 0x00000001 or it starts being queued and throws the other error 0x80242020, I can only install the game from Ea play and no longer I know what to do, I have tried every solution that they give in the forums or youtube but nothing worked

And not that solution that you gave me did not help me much since I had all the updates even the optional ones up to date

II found a kind of "solution" if I can call it that First I defined the installation location on my secondary disk, this was necessary for the next step and then deactivated the option to ask me on which disk (c d e) I wanted to install it. Now it installs it directly and without throwing an error so often it appears to me sometimes in some games but I reset the application and it solves, now I can download them without problems.

I'm having the error code 0x00000001 as well. Can't download any games from game pass even though I have an active subscription.

I have the same problem. When trying to download Sea of Thieves for the PC, I either get the error code 0x80242020, or it just allocates disc space indefinitely. Would appreciate some help..
