    If i understand the problem, you want to buy them both an Xbox Game Pass subscription to play on their respective PC's ? Buy an Xbox Game Pass PC sub for each or a Ultimate Game Pass. Log their account on Xbox beta app on PC and buy them the correct sub.
    Or use xbox.com with their account correctly sign in and buy them Xbox Game Pass for PC.

    Game Pass Ultimate is a bundle of a Gold subscription, Game Pass for Console, and Game Pass for PC. So it'll work on PC, but if you only need Game Pass for PC, you would be paying for other stuff you're not using.

    I have Xbox GamePass Ultimate, but Xbox App on PC only recognizes the standard GamePass

    Ultimate is just a bundled subscription of Gold, Game Pass for console, and Game Pass for PC. It doesn't change what games are available on Game Pass. Doom Eternal is available with Game Pass for PC.
