Merhaba, aylar öncesinde Game Pass almıştım, PC için. 1 dolar kartımdan çekti fakat hizmeti vermedi, hesabımda göremedim. Sonrasında aylar sonra görüyorum ki bu ay tekrar çekmiş fakat 44,99 tl. Banka ile konuştuğumda bunu size sormam gerektiğini belirttiler,
iade için. Kartımdan para çekildi fakat hizmet yok, ilk ayda olduğu gibi. İade istiyorum fakat canlı asistan hiç yardımcı olmadı. Nasıl yardımcı olabilirsiniz?

So crediting money my son's account would allow him to subscribe to PC Game Pass until the money runs out?

Game Pass is some kind of rental service. You can play the games as long as you are subbed to Game Pass.

It costs alot of money to add third party games monthly and all future Xbox exclusives.

It's great value for money, so i'm permanently subscribing to Game Pass.

Sending a message to many thousands of people "is" announcing it for game pass.

"We goofed" simply isn't a good enough reason for such a mistake.

Why then was it downloadable for free on the Xbox app but not playable?!

I've wanted this game for some time and as a day one game pass subscriber I feel a little hard done by here, if I decide to buy the game and it is then added to game pass I will be canceling my subscription.

I'm not into being tricked to spend money I didn't have to.
