Game Pass - One Piece Pirate Warriors (Game Crash)

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately these things that You told me to do I did all of them. Game is still crashing, really don't know what to do about that. If there's anything else You can do to help me im gonna wait for the reply.

That's really odd. The strange thing is that the game doesn't give you an error code. Just crash.

I can advise you some troubleshooting steps. But first tell me what did you tried so far to fix this?
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed.

Now, in the meantime. Your windows system, drivers and all apps are up to date?

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available (Install optional updates as well)

Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services and update everything too.

If everything's up to date, do this:
Open task manager > select the startup tab > disable all the programs listed there temporarily
Restart your PC and give it a new try

Hey - I had the same issue. Fix was to sign out of Xbox game pass. After, launch the game, it will prompt you to log in. Log in with your account and it should work. Good luck!

I'm reinstalling the game to see if it works now because I had this same problem 2 months back and gave up. I'll fill you in if my game works.
