Game pass offers disappearing

But thats what im saying even the offer for current subscriptions revert back to the default price and Microsoft should really make it more straightforward rather than i have to hunt down a reason why im not eligible for an offer because i can't find any
explanations

Hi, as mentioned this offer is for new subscribers only, which is why you’re not eligible for this as you’ve had gamepass before.

Gamepass is £1 for the first month, then £7.99 after that or £10.99 a month for ultimate.

Maybe it only apply to new subscribers, that would make sense.

This is an offer posted in the xbox store from time to time not the first time subscription, i remember around Easter there was offers on the store for 3 months at £10 and 1 month for £1 but it was the same again as soon as i clicked on the offers
they would revert back to the default price

Yes, there are these offers every now and again. If it returns you to the normal price, it most likely means you’re not eligible for the offer, which would be explained in the T&Cs. For example, the 3 month spotify premium offer is only for new gamepass
subscribers and is only available for users in the US or the UK.

The offers have eligibility requirements and will only be applied if eligible. Usually you have to be a new subscriber and have not redeemed the offer already before.

There are sometimes offers for current subscribers too.

Also when purchasing a subscription (or a game), make sure you’re signed into your correct account for any offers to apply.
