Discus and support Game Pass not working w/ PC App in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; Renewed subscription and Game pass is not registering as being subscribed in PC App. I have logged into microsoft services and have verified both there...     Game Pass not working w/ PC App


    Renewed subscription and Game pass is not registering as being subscribed in PC App. I have logged into microsoft services and have verified both there and transaction history that it has been applied.

    You might've bought the console version of game pass which is not compatible with pc. To use game pass on pc, you either need to buy the pc version, or game pass ultimate

    You can either download the game pass for PC or the Game Pass app on your phone. I downloaded the app on my phone and that's how I redeemed mine and then just logged into the PC and it worked for me.

    I'm also having the same issue, I've tried both PC and IOS Game pass app and xbox app and neither work. I use the IOS Game Pass and Xbox App.
