Game pass not updating

I am trying to update my xbox game pass but it is stuck in a loop where it says  "Expires in less than a week on 12/05/2020"It is currently 30/05/2020 and it will not let me purchase game pass as it still thinks it is within the subscription, so currently it will not let me use the game pass nor will it allow me to renew the game
pass as technically it hasnt run out yet, but we are nearly 3 weeks past the "expires in less than a week" date.

on the pc game pass version i use it say's "check for updates" I've checked all dates of my games it has not changed the date of last update it only shows game install date. some go back to months or more on pc game pass.

my twin Xboxes get auto updates all the time correctly. the Xbox games pass on them is ok. which shows me there is a pc game pass failure to update problem.

which update did he do?

was it the "update" for Ultimate Game Pass?

if so that does cancel the Live Gold subscription but replaces it with Ultimate Game Pass (which has all the benefits of Live Gold with all the features of Game Pass).

are these Games With Gold or Game Pass games?

if they are, look at the bottom of the menu on the left of the screen for your Games With Gold and Game Pass Games as they are now listed separately since the update
