    Game pass not allowing me to play cloud games. It takes me back to the Home Screen. Also I can not play senua hellblade It will load up but just sit there at the mains screen. I’ve tried restarting and I’ve even reinstalled the game.

    Because gamepass won't play cloud games

    You need gamepass ultimate and be within the supported regions

    try the following:

    - press on the keyboard Windows + R and type in the run the command "regedit".

    - Search for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE - System - CurrectControlSet - Services

    - Delete the "GamingServices and GamingServices.net"

    - Then open your XBOX application which will ask for the Game Service to be installed, after completion it will work again

    My XBox doesn't play game pass games.

    I don't get an error message the screen just goes gray for a second and takes me back to the home page. I only downloaded the games off of game pass.
