Game Pass not Activating?

I have purchased Xbox game pass, yet whenever I try to install a game from the Xbox app on windows 10 it prompts me to 'Join game pass". I double check and I have indeed paid for it and my account page seems to recognize this, but I cant access any of
its features. Please help!

Ok, then confirm that you have the suscription active here

If it's active confirm that it's Xbox Game Pass for Pc or Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass for console won't work.

After that be sure that the account that has the suscription active its logged in the Microsoft Store app

If an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is active, when you redeem a code for Xbox Live Gold or Game Pass for Console it will automatically be converted. In the future, it would be best to make sure that the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is not active so it will not be converted.

We'd like to try refreshing your profile by doing the following steps:

Let's try briefly
removing your profile then afterwards,
power cycle the console, then redownload your profile again. Doing these steps shouldn't affect your save data as it's tied to

cloud storage so no worries there!

After doing those steps, are you still not able to access Game Pass titles? Please be sure to keep us posted on your progress!

Yeah I had it installed, now I just realized I actually have two microsoft accounts, so I am on the correct one now. Thanks

I also haven't received an email with my spotify premium code, how can I fix that?

You get the gamepass on your xbox or pc?

Are different subscriptions unless you have gamepass ultimate cause provides xbox live gold, gamepass for xbox and pc
