    Game pass not activating?


    I got the free 14days free trial period. On my account it says that i have game pass, but when I try to see the games it says that i have to buy it... When I go to the Xbox game pass tab, it just says that i have to get it, even though i have it allready.

    Please help fast. the free period doesnt last that long.

    Game pass not working

    I have the game pass and I know sea of thieves is included in it but when I just go into it, it doesn’t say free with game pass and only gives me the option to buy it and it doesn’t say download for free with the game pass please help because I have wasted my
    money if I can’t get it

    Game pass not working

    I am having the exact same problem. I have removed my profile and I have power cycled my xbox one and router buts it's still the same. Any fix on this yet?

    We'd like to try refreshing your profile by doing the following steps:

    Let's try briefly
    removing your profile     then afterwards,
    power cycle the console    , then redownload your profile again. Doing these steps shouldn't affect your save data as it's tied to

    cloud storage     so no worries there!

    After doing those steps, are you still not able to access Game Pass titles? Please be sure to keep us posted on your progress!

    Ok, then confirm that you have the suscription active here

    https://account.microsoft.com/services

    If it's active confirm that it's Xbox Game Pass for Pc or Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass for console won't work.

    After that be sure that the account that has the suscription active its logged in the Microsoft Store app

    Why is my xbox live was cancelled early

    If an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is active, when you redeem a code for Xbox Live Gold or Game Pass for Console it will automatically be converted. In the future, it would be best to make sure that the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is not active so it will not be converted.

    Yeah I had it installed, now I just realized I actually have two microsoft accounts, so I am on the correct one now. Thanks

    Are different subscriptions unless you have gamepass ultimate cause provides xbox live gold, gamepass for xbox and pc
