    Game Pass & Microsoft Store crash when launched


    Initially, I tried to play Back4Blood on Game Pass on my PC. It crashed while loading a few times, so I tried to reboot my computer. Now when I try to launch Game Pass or Microsoft Store, both crash immediately (the outline of their windows appear but immediately disappear).

    I've tried uninstalling / reinstalling the Game Pass app. I've tried resetting Microsoft Store. I've tried to force a reinstall of Microsoft Store. I've tried a System File Checker. I've tried troubleshooting. Nothing seems to work.

    Hi there Grain welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. It seems like a file might be messing up things. Have you tried uninstalling Back 4 Blood?

    According to WB Games, it will be available for the Microsoft Store as well. Perhaps by launch the game will be listed on the Microsoft Store and available with Game Pass for PC as well.
