Game pass linked to wrong account

I understand you need help with your subscription on the wrong account.

Since this can no longer be transferred to a different account, I would suggest to have this cancelled on the subscription page and get a refund for it instead then make sure to subscribe again to your main account that you want.

Just make sure to log in to the other account first and cancel it from there then subscribe by logging in to the correct account after that. You need to change the log in on your store app as well so that it will be synced correctly to the Xbox app.

Which seems to be related to the fact i have 2 accounts on my xbox app. My microsoft account which in my xbox gamertag and then my store account which doesnt have an xbox account linked to it but now has the game pass ultimate subscription attached to it.

Is there anyway i can get this fixed

The issue was: The gamepass was bought on a different account and I thought it was linked to my Xbox Account. This was wrong and now there is game pass on the buyer account.

Let's see what we can do about that here.

We will have to trace the webcache folder of the game so we can delete its files for you to sign in your correct Xbox account for the said game via Steam.

Navigate to your local AppData's at C:\Users\YourUserNameHere\AppData\LocalLow > Find the games folder there. If you've found it, look for "Saved" folder > Find and open "webcache" folder.
Delete all files in that folder.
Launch the game.
Sign into the preferred Xbox network account and allow the app to access your info.
