    Hi there! I have read the news that some insiders will be able to test library streaming from November on game pass.

    My question is, how can I join that?

    I'm insider on both Xbox and PC Xbox app. Is there a specific insider thing I need to join or will is the insider build of the PC Xbox app enough?

    PC Games are in "Xbox Game Pass" but aren't in "Xbox Game Pass PC"

    Right ! But Borderland and Minecraft have PC version and both are in "game pass" BUT these 2 games AREN'T in "game pass PC"
    The PC Game Pass is a 'Beta' at the moment, so it won't have a large library. More games will become available soon.

    Why do I have to pay to access my internet?

    All consoles have a subscription service that is paid for. You aren't paying to access the internet, you are paying towards stable servers for multiplayer. If you are talking about Game Pass for PC (beta) you are paying for a library of games.
