The most common reason for Installation greyed out is a compatibility issue or Windows not being up to date. What version of Windows 10 are you running?

Although I haven't used Game Pass yet, it looks like the game needs to be in the Xbox library. Is the game under the same?

Well it's a joke!!! The gamepass said that we could play the game unlimited, no??? so, it's just a scam then!!!... Ok so in this case i cancel my subscription to xbox gamepass.

It is stated in tha game pass page
https://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-game-pass. I know they put all the lights in the additions, but only the MS games added to the program will remain there for sure. We would like to keep all games forever there but unfortunately that is not how it currently
works.

The games that will be removed are announced in the different channels with a 2 weeks notice, so at least we know a little in advance what is removed, since there's no rule on how long a third party game will be available.

Games may exit the library after a period. Once a game leaves the Xbox Game Pass library, you will need to purchase a digital copy from the Xbox app or the Microsoft Store, insert a disc, or obtain another form of entitlement to continue playing
the game. Xbox Game Pass members can purchase Xbox One games for up to 20% off (DLC and add-ons for up to 10% off) before the game leaves the active Xbox Game Pass library. Xbox Game Pass discounts are not combinable with other offers and are not redeemable
for cash; discount offers exclude games within 30 days of launch and are not available with select games; discounts based on Microsoft Store price.

To avoid mistake, the more simple is to go to full library and game pass library
