    Game Pass International App Xbox One


    I have an NFL Gamepass subscription and everytime I load the app, the app crashes. Contacted NFL Digital Services Support and they advised me to contact Xbox support for resolution.

    I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, no changes.

    If it continually crashes you would need to reach out to the developers as Microsoft/Xbox support would not be able to fix the issues.

    Have you tried doing a hard reset on the console as this will clear the cache in case of anything in there which might be causing the issues, the steps are listed on this page - https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

    Unable to set Xbox as default on Gamepass App

    The Xbox Game Pass app is not compatible with the Xbox 360 due to the fact that Game Pass is not available for the Xbox 360. Hence why you cannot make the console the default console. The Xbox Game pass app will only work for the Xbox One.
