0x00000001 installing games on xbox app with game pass, windows 10 home build 19043.1165 with all updates (optional included). Already tried restart, repair, reinstall, change region, wsreset, delete registry and all "solutions" that I could find on google..

Games installed work fine.

Games that I installed in the past then delete and now try to install again -> 0x00000001

Trying to install on windows store -> button 'install' do nothing

I can't install both AoE IV and Forza Horizon 5 through Game Pass 0x00000001 error message. I tried everything, including a fresh install of Windows 11, but I still have this issue.

And now another issue. Was able to install 1 game, now whenever trying to install any other game I receive errors multiple errors mostly 0x00000001 this is not due to my system as this error occurs on multiple devices all trying to use Game Pass. Leave it up to Microsoft to make something that NEVER works correctly.

Please try the solutions below, if you haven't already, I hope it works for you.

*Follow each step in order, even if you've already done it, do it again, please.

Solution 1:

Open RegEdit as an administrator and delete the following Services:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServices]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServicesNet]

PC reboot

Install gaming service like you would normally

Solution 2:

Go to your windows settings, go to the tab>applications and resources>Search for Gaming Services, click on it, go to advanced options, and tap repair.

Solution 3:

Launch PowerShell as an administrator and enter “get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers”

In the same powershell window, enter "start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN"
