Game pass goals reward not received

I completed the second tier/Ultimate Mystery gift of game pass goals for September and never received a message or prize. You had to download and play 3 game pass games each for 30 minutes. I downloaded and played Hue, The Bridge and Electronic Super Joy each
for over an hour. I've double checked my stats and contacted customer service and they had me sign out and to do a hard reset to see if the message was just not received and still nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey there,

Could you clarify which rewards you are expecting to receive? Each participant of the Game Pass Goals would receive one reward for each month, so if you have already received a reward for October's Game Pass Goals, you would not receive an additional reward.

Since that is not a Rewards program offer, you'll need to post in the sales and promotions forum for assistance.

Phone and chat support do not handle promotions or the rewards program so they are known for given incorrect information.

But it said if you get 2 achievements you get a prize and if you get 4 achievements you get a ultimate prize and if you get 6 achievements you get a ultimate prize and something else

It doesn't. The reward has already been sent to people who completed it. I completed it, but did not receive my reward. So, I'll ask again, how do I get my reward?

Hey there,

All prizes for any Xbox Quest or Game Pass Goal will deliver 30 days after the conclusion of the promotion. For the November Game Pass Goals, all rewards will send by December 31st.

Hey there,

As mentioned before, the rewards given to those participating in the Xbox Quest and Game Pass Goals are not guaranteed. If this is in regards to a different promotion, please post back to let us know, but Rocket League is not a guaranteed reward for the Quests
as the rewards are randomly drawn depending on the amount of goals completed. The reward you were supposed to receive has already been delivered.
