Game pass games won't work

I can't seem to run Gears 5 or The Outer Worlds, any help would be greatly appreciated. Whenever I run them I get this error code. "Location of exe... File system error (-1069586941)"

When I try to download Gears of War 4 I get this error too:

I've been asked to ask you guys, I made a previous thread here:

But wasn't able to get it fixed unfortunately.

If you are facing File System error then you have corrupted Windows files or bad sectors on your hard disk. The main cause of this error seems to be related to errors with the hard disk and sometimes
it can be easily fixed by chkdsk command. But it doesn’t guarantee to fix this in all the cases as it really depends on the user’s system configuration. If this is an computer issue and not a console one. If a console issue try the advice the other user gave
you.

If anyone ever gets this, I did a complete wipe of my Windows hard drive, and re-installed Windows 10, this seemed to work.

I tried The Outer Worlds on C: and still got the same error unfortunately

Yeah I have an admin account, and my date/time settings are correct. Still no joy

Hi Catalytic Flash,

somegames need to be installed at C: (you can later move them via Settings>APPs and you have Select advanced Options at the game you want to move). Other games need a Setup with Administrator Rights (ADD your account the Adminitrator Rights). Check also
if your date/time Settings are correct.
