    Has anyone noticed that 2 games are unable to be installed via game pass console? The games are the man from medan and observation. Could anyone point me in the right direction for a fix please

    The only reports I've heard about games on pc game pass is unable to download the game, have you tried to uninstall and install again?

    I have a similar issue after getting the physical disc for this game with the season pass, and unable to download the rest of the episodes.

    (Solution) I worked with support on this and ended up having to install game on a different drive. This is because the download got corrupted and the file is still in the downloads for the game pass app.

    I was unable to delete the files in this location: DeliveryOptimization\Cache.

    1. Cancelled the Avengers download from the queue.

    2. Hard reset the Console.

    This seemed to work for allowing the other games to download (I had already tried redownloading Avengers after a hard reset but to no avail).

    I would suggest leave attempting to download Avengers from Game Pass for the time being until we get some word from Microsoft on the problem.
