    Game Pass games stops working or never opening


    Hi, I am having a problem to run my Game Pass games on launcher and I don't have any idea why because there is no clue why there is this problem. Firstly, I was trying to play Crusader Kings 3 on Game Pass and games is not launching after Paradox launcher
    play button. I thought this was game problem but then I noticed that No man's Sky also stops running in a while when I am playing. Problem in here, I don't have any idea why because games just shutting down without an error or something. I have achieved to
    go into Crusaders Kings 3 after trying some ideas like "running as administrators" and blocking my Windows Defender but it stops running after 30-40 minutes later. I don't have any problem in any other launchers, only Game Pass having this problem. I have
    also updated my pc to last Win 10 updates.

    hi, i had the same issues the last two days, and then i realised that i had a pending update of the windows store. Try to update the windows store, restart, and open the game. it works with my game pass crusader kings 3 game. Good luck!

    microsoft took my credit card yet nothing works at all

    i cannot open anything

    i also never used app before. left menu has game pass button. if i press any game it says included in game pass and install is greyed out

    and microsoft support chat literally doesn't work

    Hello, AJ! We did the soft factory reset and at first it worked, but then we he tried to open minecraft, it said that he needed to renew his Xbox Game Pass, and he’s never gotten game pass before. And I know for sure that you don’t need game pass for Minecraft.

    The console memory still thinks you had an old game pass subscription which Fallout 4 is now a part of.

    Have you tried Power cycling the console:

    1. Hold down power button on console for approximately 10 seconds for it to shut off.

    2. Unplug console from power supply for approximately 1 minute.

    3. Plug back in.

    4. Power back up and see if it gives you same issue.
