Game Pass Games Only Crash - Not Steam/Epic etc

I don't get an error of any kind. Some games just hang some just crash outright. It's been an off-and-on issue for over a year. It's not a "MY PC" problem though, hundreds of people have the same problem and 0 people seem to have a solution, and again how is it that Steam and Epic can have their stuff work almost perfectly all the time but Microsoft can't figure it out? Also Like I said and you ignored I have more than one game I own on steam/Epic that is also on game pass. The Steam/Epic version works just fine. So it's not the game that's the issue it's the Game Pass launcher. Arc Evolved doesn't work on Game Pass but does through steam, Halo doesn't work on Game Pass but does through Steam, Skyrim doesn't work on Game pass but does through Steam. I get it at the end of the day Microsoft just needs to fix their **** but that's not something Microsoft does often. It's a Game Pass /Windows issue. My best guess is a windows Certificate/services/Registry issue of some kind. But no one seems to have a clue what exactly or how to fix it. I'm asking here out of desperation because the alternative is just to cancel my Game Pass subscription and come back in a year and see if they fixed it or not.

Xbox is the umbrella under which all Microsoft gaming falls, whether it be on a game system or on PC. You can buy these games upfront, or pay the subscription

Game Pass is like Netflix for gaming. You can access a library of games and play them without having to purchase them individually. If you're only interested in a couple of games, then that subscription won't be the best idea for you. I'd just buy the games individually in that case.

Xbox has expanded to be more than just a console. You can use the Xbox app and/or the Microsoft Store app on PC to install games. You can run them through the Xbox app, but they should also just have an icon you can start like you would any other PC program.

Not likely... PC games tend to use separate launchers.

Ubisoft Store.

Epic Store.

Steam.

Etc.
