    Game pass games offline - not working


    Hello,

    I run in following problem:

    My XSX console is set as Home Console. I have a GP Ultimate subscription active for one month upfront. I have recurring subscription turned off on the console.
    When I have no internet, I am unable to play already downloaded GP Games. I want to play "simple" offline games like Monster Sanctuary or Enter Gungeon. I don't believe the games itself need internet connection.

    I read the forum and see it should be not a problem here.

    It depends on the game....a lot of Game Pass games require an active internet connection as they have integral Multiplayer components or need to be online all the time.

    Games that have neither can be played offline providing you have put the console into offline mode when you still have an active internet connection

    Are you sure? Because I was informed by Microsoft when buying the subscription that I could play those games offline as long as I logged into Xbox Live every 30 days.

    Game Pass Games requires you to have a connection to verify that your subscription is still active.
