    Game Pass games not working


    I believe myself to be an achievement hunter and I have half way completed leaving soon game pass game and since about 10pm NZT I have been experiencing troubles with the game.

    It kicked me out which was normal because I don't have the best internet and I was using cloud gaming. So I downloaded the game as it was a 860mb game. The name is pupperazzi it is on the leaving soon page meaning it will leave at the end of the month. Though whenever I went into the game I sometimes was able to sync my data then get kicked out. The game was completely quitting and while I was getting kicked my screen went grey. I decided to uninstall and that didn't help there is also no updates anyone know what to do?

    (Also tried restarting console)

    Hi it sounds like you have some sort of corrupted downloads happening. Is it only Gamepass games that do this? Is it more then one? Have you tried clearing the MAC address and letting the game install without using the console until it's finished
    downloading ?

    its only on a few game pass games like mxpg3 and >observer so far all the others work fine. Ive just cleared the mac address and will give it a go like that and see if it works.

    Thanks for the quick response. I though that if you installed a game on game pass you would keep it,even if it was taken off?

    The game has been out of the Game Pass catalog for some time, so you have to buy it to play. Check in your

    order history     if you have made the purchase correctly.

    Given that the issue happens to game titles downloaded with an account that has subscription of Xbox Game Pass.

    Please keep your Xbox app, Xbox Gaming Services and PC up-to-date.

    Have you tried creating new Windows user and try to install and launch games? Please refrain from installing other apps in this user profile. Please follow this guide - Create new local user or Administrator account in Windows.
