Game Pass games not working properly - freezing

I have Shadow of War, Rocket League & NBA 2K20 all downloaded from game pass on an xbox one and all had been working great until Sunday. In the middle of the game, it started glitching out with these colored circles going across the screen non stop I could
still play(barely), but it would start to freeze then unfreeze and eventually just freeze out where I couldn’t play. I checked all the games and they are all doing the same thing.

I quit the game from the Home screen then power cycled the xbox.

I rebooted the router while the xbox was turned off.

I checked the network connection and tried hard wiring into the router. Still no luck.

Factory reset keeping the games - did not work so I did a factory reset again, this time deleting all the games. I reinstalled them and the issue is still happening.

Any help would be appreciated!!

Visual artifacts while in a game could be several things. I would definitely check to make sure your HDMI cable is plugged in securely and not pinched or damaged in any way. Also, make sure that your Xbox has plenty of ventilation.

This may be a hardware issues, but it definitely is not related to your network connection, so you can rule that out completely.

Yeah, I tried that. Plenty of ventilation. The rest of the xbox works just fine and so do the games that I have discs for. It’s only on the game pass games.

It definitely is. I just tried it on another screen and the same thing is happening.
