Game Pass games not working correctly

Both issues are happening on the same device ?
If yes, where are you experiencing this? On PC or Xbox
If it's on PC, are you using windows 10 or 11?
If it's on Xbox, what console do you have?

When you say "but installed, it will not open", what happens when you try to open the game? A message appears? An error code appears?

I ran into this issue as well. It was extremely delayed (like 7+ days) before I got mine. You may want to reach out to MS Customer Support for clarification on when you can expect yours to hit.

Hi lots of people have had issues with this including myself and have contacted support and still not worked out the issue you can contact support and see if they fix the issue for you.

If you bought standard Game Pass and not Ultimate ,then it is working correctly. Gold is needed to play online. If you purchase Game Pass Ultimate, it includes a Gold subscription so you do not have to purchase it separately.
