Hello BeanBoiLuke, do you have more than one account linked to your xbox one s? Make sure the account that has the XGP signature is signed in.

You can also try cleaning your console by pressing the power button for 10s and then turning it on again.

So, I have had this issue on many occasions before, it eventually cleared up though. It takes the system/service a bit of time to register the subscription to your account, but the errors may just be a tiny glitch on Microsoft's part that you would have
to address to their support team. If you can, try to restart your console/sign in again. I can list the website where to contact Xbox Support, hopefully that helps! If anything happens, or if I have successfully answered your question, let me know! Have a

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Game Pass. When you shared that it does not load, do you mean that it does not detect that you have the subscription?

As part of our isolation, let's check if your subscription shows active on your Microsoft profile, please login to this link using the same Microsoft profile that you use in your console. You may use a different device such as smartphone browser: https://account.microsoft.com/services

If it shows active, let's ensure that your console's cache will be cleared, I would recommend that you perform a power cycle, kindly follow the steps below.

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 50 seconds.

Important: Make sure that you wait at least 50 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If you don't see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.

Important If your console is in Sleep mode, the above steps will shut the console off completely. Sleep mode, or the ability to turn on your console by saying "Xbox on," won't be enabled until you restart the console.

If the power cycle does not resolve your issue, let's re-sync your Xbox profile from your console. Kindly logout from your Xbox by pressing the Xbox button, select Profile & system, and then select Sign out to sign out and back in. Check for the subscription once more after logging back in. Kindly make sure that the Microsoft account that you are using is the account where you purchased the subscription.
