Game Pass Games Not Launching/Freezing

Anyone have any ideas on why some of my Game Pass games are not launching or are freezing and crashing. Outer Worlds won't launch and crashes on the 2nd title screen, and Remnant freezes and crashes
at random parts of the 1st area. Really sad that I pay for a service that doesn't work. I have an Xbox One X. I've restarted the Console a bunch of times and nothing helps. Thanks in advance..

Any other ideas? Or is this something that my console has to be sent in for? The two games that I got game pass for don't work, which is quite annoying.

Thanks for reaching out once again. I'm sorry to hear the steps provided so far have been to no avail. Well, since the soft reset did not work, the next troubleshooting step for this issue would be then to try the full factory reset, that removes everything.

When you get the chance, give that a shot and once again, let us know if that helped.

Try a hard reset hold’s Xbox button 5-10 seconds

I can't remember, think I got it a couple months after the release. My internet is fine, I can install all the games with no problem, just playing them is impossible. I haven't check all the games, just these two giving my nightmares.
