Game pass games doesnt work on pc.

when i open up a game on the xbox game pass for example "Dc Super League Of Pets" it shows the controls as if im using a controller when im not. I dont even have a controller plugged into my pc. It does this in so many games, so i would really appreciate some help with this.

Please check your devices if there's a controller that's still connected somehow. Try to disable or remove it specifically under Bluetooth devices.

I am having the same issue. I downloaded the game from the game pass store and I get the error.

Same issue. unsintall and reinstall. uninstall and restart pc and reinstall doesnt work

Did you ever find a fix? I have been having the exact issue with mine and also just got it from game pass on pc id love to play that game but my pc doesnt want to it seems. It doesnt lag or anything it just crashes.

You will have 13 months of Game Pass Ultimate. But this only works if is the first time you have Game Pass Ultimate, doesnt work in users that already had Game Pass Ultimate (this counts trial also).
