Hi

Just wondering what happend with Sherlock Holmes game on game pass. Can't play it anymore. Is that mean that some games have on trial status on game pass offer?

Games come and go from Game Pass, it's a rotating line up excluding games published by Microsoft that will always be there.

That's how it goes with Game pass trials, if you have game pass already, or have had game pass in the past, then you are not eligible for the trial.

Because a 'xbox games pass ultimate 14 days trial code' equals a 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code + xbox live gold 14 days trial code', so for new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game
pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code' , right?

Please help to clarify.

Anything less than 1 month is a trial code. So being 14 days, they are trials. If they work like regular game pass trials, you can't add them to an account that's already had game pass.

No, I actually have the opposite problem. I currently have a trial to Game Pass Ultimate, I want to switch it to Game Pass Core when the trial ends.
