Game Pass game installs to downloading at 0b/s

Hello everyone, I've been having some problems downloading Game Pass games recently. When I try to install games, it gets stuck downloading at 0b/s. A few other people in my house have been having this issue over the last few days, but it just started earlier today for me. I installed some games earlier without problems, and have no idea what could have changed between now and when I last installed a game. I hadn't even restarted my PC since then...

I've tried:

-Restarting my PC

-Clearing the MS Store and Xbox app cache

-Reinstalling Gaming services with PowerShell

-Making sure Teredo is working properly

-Restarting my router and modem

-Reinstalling the Xbox app

This seems to be a fairly widespread issue based on the number of solutions available online, but of the ones I tried, none of them worked for me. Whenever I try to install a game it still freezes either right at the beginning or part way through the download.

I really don't know what else to do about this problem besides wait and hope that it fixes itself, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Kamil, are you playing on Pc, what would be your operating system, Win 10 or 11?

Have you checked if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 22H2?

If you haven't updated yet, click the link below, update, and make all subsequent security updates.

Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

Therefore, you must first repair the Windows Store.

HOME
Type "wsreset" and run it as administrator. Wait for the process to finish.

Verify that the errors have been corrected. If they have not been corrected:

HOME
Type Powershell and run it as administrator.
Copy this command:
Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers -Name Microsoft.WindowsStore | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml" -Verbose}
In the title bar (or top bar), right click -> Edit -> Paste
Type enter when prompted
Close PowerShell

If this still doesn't fix your problem then:

Start
Settings
Apps -> Apps & Features
Search "Microsoft Store"
Select advanced options
Select Reset
Reboot the system

Status update:

On opening xbox app, installed games were visible, including ones I did not know were still installed.

Settings > General was accessible.

Tried to download a small 3GB game to test.

Said downloading 0% for about 5 minutes, which is odd with 1GB internet, then the app crashed.

Upon reopening the app installed games not showing again, for about 5 min, then appeared.

Still at downloading 0% 0B/S.

Hi, i have MSFS through XBOX on PC. its showing the update is 0B / 0B so basically downloading nothing.
I have not seen this problem before and restarting the game/PC does nothing.
