Game Pass frustration

The problem is occurring using the Xbox site on a computer, not on my console, so I'm not sure what power-cycling the console would possibly do. But thank you for the reply.

Have you tried downloading from either your console or the microsoft store app? if not then you should give them a go.

Is the offline background storage thing turned on? That may be the problem.

I feel like there could be some simple website issues and its just a simple wait it out kind of thing... I've been having some issues using the website lately myself.

The most likely issues is that the offline storage/background storage on your console got turned off or isn't currently turned on and that's maybe why its routing you to a different page. Because it can't connect to the console. Try to use the actual Microsoft
Store app on Windows to cast to your console, that may work better than the website.

I know its convenient to start the download from a computer but for right now just try downloading it from the console itself.

Sorry to hear you are running into these problems with the subscription. I would advise that you Physically Power cycle your Xbox One to see if this fixes this issue. If the issue does persists then go ahead and Remove your account and then Add it back on
the console to see if re-syncing your account data resolves this problem.
