    I have recently purchased the Series X through All access from Walmart.com. I set everything up, but when it came time to claim the game pass it wouldn't let me claim it, which cost an extra couple hundred dollars. After multiple trys and still not letting claim it, i decided to hit the decide later option. So my question is, now that i did that how do i go back and try to claim my game pass? Any help would be much appreciated.

    ALL ACCESS GAME PASS

    If you didn't see the code during setup, change under either Settings and Account or in your Full Library under Games and Apps for a section labelled "Included with this Xbox " and you can redeem it from there.

    If that does not show. Then usually there was an issue where your console's serial number was not entered correctly as being All Access. You'll need to contact the credit card company your All Access is through to see about getting that fixed.

    ALL ACCESS GAME PASS

    When I get my Series X on the All Access program, there was no code in the box, the console somehow already knew it was an All Access console and the moment I signed in on my account I had the 24 months of Games Pass.

    There is a setting in the console settings somewhere that shows it came with All Access, have a look around and you'll find it eventually.
