Game Pass Friends List Won't Update on New Console

Which, could you try the procedure below to try to properly sync the friends list?

1. Delete your console account

*Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

*Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

*Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

2. Restart your Xbox One console

* Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

* Select Settings.

* Select all configurations.

* In Account, select Restart console.

* Re-add your account to the console

* Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

* Select Profile & System > Add or switch > Add new.

* Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter.

*** Important Make sure that you do not select Get a new account, unless that’s what you want to do. If you select this, you’ll create a brand-new Microsoft account.

When you change your gamertag, it'll update on your friend's consoles too. So they will still have you on their lists. It also won't affect any games or anything like that.

There's a lot of games that are co-op on Xbox One right now. I'll link the list of Game Pass games that are co-op, then select filter, then co-op, and you will see a wide range of options. While this is a Game Pass list, it's a list of Xbox co-op games so
you won't need the Game Pass if you just choose to pick a game for you and your partner to buy. You can also find Free to play games that are co-op in the list.

One more option for your concern on huge updates and game maintanence. You can set your console and games to update automatically in the Xbox settings on your consoles. However, this means you will not be able to control storage space with each new update,
and you may go over data cap limits if your ISP limits your data.

Those codes are only for new subscribers so since you've had Game Pass in the past, it won't work. Give it to a friend.

I'm having this problem to. My followers list also won't update correctly, it makes it so hard to accept friend requests. I'm sick of having problems every week with this console.
