    Game Pass for Windows 10: Can't install games


    Hi

    I've had Game Pass Ultimate for a while now and been using the Xbox (beta) app with it, I've run into this same problem numerous times before but it's been with games that I don't have much interest with, but now it seems to do this with almost every game.
    I've tried to install many games but I keep getting the error "App can't start, reinstall should fix", and if I try to get it through the windows store it says "Something went wrong on our end".

    At this points, I feel like I've tried everything:

    -Reinstalled Xbox (beta)

    -Cleared the store cache

    -Did a bunch of cmd and PowerShell stuff and nothing.

    This is an amazing service, but what is the point if almost none of the games provided by this service can be downloaded, and I'm only one of many since the launch of Game Pass for Windows which makes this a year old issue.

    Please fix this.

    Gamepass on Mac?

    If you set up your Mac with Bootcamp to install a recent Windows 10, then yes.

    But you can't run Game Pass PC/Ultimate on MacOS natively. You will need Windows 10 running on your Mac.

    Hi,

    Not only does Win 10 LTSC not get updates very often, it' is also missing the Windows Store.

    Game Pass on PC uses the Windows 10 Store to download the games, they don't download and install via the app. No Windows Store, no PC Game Pass compatabilty.

    LTSC was designed for mission critical work tasks, not gaming.

    You'll need one of the consumer versions of Windows 10 to use Game Pass.

    Access to the WindowsApps folder is a general Windows thing, not because of a Game Pass subscription. All Windows 10 apps and games install to this folder, Game Pass and Windows Store. You can still gain access to the folder.

    Are you using the Xbox game pass application for windows 10? If not try installing it, and install the game through the Xbox app instead of microsoft store
