    Game Pass for PC not activating?


    I purchased Game Pass for PC this morning but it is still not activating. I go to the app and it still says "Get Game Pass." I have tried restarting the app and my PC but it still says the same. Anny ideas as to what is going on?

    Are you logged in with an account with an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Xbox Game Pass for PC subscription ?

    Ok, then confirm that you have the suscription active here

    If it's active confirm that it's Xbox Game Pass for Pc or Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass for console won't work.

    After that be sure that the account that has the suscription active its logged in the Microsoft Store app

    Kindly check if you can see an active subscription(Game Pass Core, Game Pass Standard, Game Pass PC, Game Pass Ultimate) here and when it will expire/renew.

    Did you purchase the console Game Pass or the PC Game Pass?

    I ask because only Game Pass Ultimate can be used both on computer and console. If you purchased Game Pass for console, you will not be able to use it on the PC (and vice-versa).

    If you purchased the correct PC Game Pass, please check if it is active on your account:

    If it is showing as active and you are still not being able to download Game Pass games on your PC, please let me know and we will start troubleshooting it.
