Game Pass Football Manager 2023 is stuck on signing in [Windows 10]

Hi,

Everytime I start Football Manager 2023 on Game Pass, it refuses to load up, and is stuck on Signing In.

Here is what I tried:
1. Repairing & Reseting Xbox, Game Service, and Football Manager 2023

2. Uninstallling & Re-installing the game

3. Uninstalling & Re-installing Game Service, with powershell

4. Reset WinMGMT with restarts and renaming the repository (It still says Failed to connect to <local computer> when I view properties though)

5. Syncing my timezone

6. Restarting my computer

7. Updating my computer, updating the libraries, so on
8. Making sure im actually signed in
9. Using wsreset.exe, as an administrator

10. Re-installing it through Powershell

11. Start some services (I could not get IP Helper to start, tell me if I should do something here)

i am on windows 10

it is only happening with football manager 2023

i have troubleshooted, reset game files, restarted pc, restarted xbox app

i am receiving the pop up
