Game pass deal gone?

    I see a game pass deal on my xbox. It says 50% off 6 months but when I click it I only get a one month and 12 month options. I kind of want to get it. But I don't see how.

    Hi Dwaj,

    Unfortunately, that deal ended on Jan. 3, 2019. Not sure why it has stayed up on a few peoples Xbox console. Try and power cycle console to see if it goes away.

    Hi there,

    some times cache can cause things staying on the dash, might also be different per region.

    One thing you could try is to fully restart the console via these steps:

    try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

    If indeed the offer is no long active, but you still see it, I don't think anything can be done.
