    Hi I have just bought an Xbox One last Friday with with the two joypad bundle for my sons birthday. In the box i have a 1 month trial for Gamepass too. Im currently using the normal 14 day Gamepass trial that you get on the standard Xbox One menu screen.
    When this expires next Friday will i be able to use my sons 1 month Gamepass? Then after that i will be paying the £7.99 per month for him to continue with thenGamepass. Thanks

    How to control access to your Xbox LIVE account

    It is possible to restrict access to your Xbox LIVE account by using a pass code, or making it necessary to sign into your Xbox profile using your Microsoft account password.

    Set a pass code

    A pass code is a button sequence on your controller, which you can use to restrict access to your Xbox LIVE profile. After you have set the pass code, anyone who wants to sign into Xbox LIVE using your profile must enter the pass code.

    Steps to follow

    1) Under Settings, select Account

    2) Go to Account Security, and then select Pass Code

    3) Enter your four-button code on your controller. You can use the directional pads, the triggers, the bumpers, X and Y.

    4) Re-enter your pass code for confirmation

    The next time you sign in with your Xbox LIVE gamertag, you will be required to enter the pass code.

    If you want to change or reset your pass code, just repeat the above steps. You will be required to enter the old pass code before you can change it.

    Hello Pace,

    Here at our How to get an Xbox Live Gold trial subscription it is explained that:

    The following limitations and restrictions apply to Xbox Live trials from games or console bundles:

    • If you have an existing paid Xbox Live Gold subscription, you can’t redeem an Xbox Live Gold trial from games or console bundles to extend your subscription period. However, you can redeem the prepaid code once your current paid subscription expires.
    • Redeemable codes for Xbox Live Gold trial subscriptions are only available in select games and console bundles.
    • You can’t stack redeemable codes for Xbox Live Gold trials from games or console bundles. This means that you can’t start another trial period before your current trial period has finished. However, you can purchase an Xbox Live Gold subscription and start
      that subscription at any time during the trial period.

    No. The Game Pass code that is included in consoles can only be used for new Game Pass accounts. So since you've already had Game Pass, it will not work.

    No and you should cancel the previous trial subscription before it expires if you don't intend to keep the subscription running. Keep in mind that is always better to turn of a trial subscription if you don't intend to pay it monthly

    Xbox Gold conversion

    If you are already a Game Pass Ultimate subscriber, then any Gold codes you redeem will be converted to Game Pass Ultimate. If you are not an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Subscriber, then no, the Gold codes should not convert to Game Pass Ultimate.

    I received Code from Discord for 2 month Xbox Game pass ultimate. It's keeps saying i have to redeem it on different website.

    I'm not 100% sure but usually Discord Game Pass codes are only for people that is not subscribed to game pass.

    If you're a current Game Pass subscriber you may not be eligible for their Game Pass code. Did you check this with Discord?

    12 Month Game Pass ultimate "converted" to about 4 months of game pass without notifying me?

    If the code was for Game Pass Ultimate, it should have been for 12 months. The only time a code is converted to 4 months is if you already have a Game Pass Ultimate subscription and you add a prepaid standard Gold or Game Pass code. If you're sure you

    I was about to redeem a code for 3 months of gold and it would only redeem as 1 month of ultimate

    If you had Xbox Game Pass Ultimate already active before you redeem that code, when you enter a code for Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass it will add as Game Pass Ultimate and not only Xbox Game Pass, is this your case?
