Hallo ich habe ein massives Problem und zwar kann ich mein gamepass Code für 12 Monate nicht aktivieren da dieser nur einmalig pro Account einlösbar ist soll eine Weihnachtsaktion gewesen sein diesbezüglich wollte ich den Microsoft Xbox Support kontaktieren
per Telefon dies ist jedoch nicht möglich da diese mich nicht hören können und ich sie damit nicht sprechen kann gibt es eine E-Mail Adresse von Xbox Support am besten auf deutsch Danke.

auf Twitter erhielt ich ebenfalls bisher keine Antworten auf meine Fragen.

Ich habe das gleiche Problem, bzw. noch nicht das problem, sehe hier aber eines...

Folgendes:
Derzeit nutze ich auf meinem Account (nicht dieser login hier) den Game Pass bis Dezember 2019 (Amazon Aktion Weihnachten 55,00 € für 12 Monate...).
Nun möchte ich über einen Freund - der den Game Pass nicht möchte, sich aber eine XBOX ONE gekauft hat und hier 12 monate game pass dabei waren... - diesen Code abkaufen.

vor dem kauf hab ich nur 1 Problem, ob ich das jetzt kaufen soll, oder nicht...:

Wichtiger Hinweis: Es kann nur 12-Monats-Code für den Xbox Game Pass pro Microsoft Account eingelöst werden.

Und noch ne Frage: Ich will den XBOX Support nicht schlecht machen, zweifle aber an der verbindlichen Antwort des Chat-Support-Mitarbeiters, es geht um folgendes:

Wie ihr sicherlich auch wisst, kann man ja das XBOX LIVE GOLD, also die Mitgliedschaft für 3 Jahre im voraus aktivieren. Also kaufe ich mir bspw. 3x12 Monats-Codes beim Media Markt oder Amazon, kann ich rein theoretisch jetzt vom 24.04.19 bis dann zum 24.04.22 aktivieren.

Meiner Information von mehreren Stellen zu Folge geht dieses Vorgehen aber beim Game Pass nicht. hier kann ich maximal 12 monate aktivieren, muss dann wieder warten, um dann bspw. am nächsten tag meiner beendeten Game Pass Mitgliedschaft (ich habe kein Abo, nur immer Code...) wieder für 12 Monate Game Pass zu aktivieren.

Der Support-Mitarbeiter von MS XBOX Deutschland meinte zu mir, dass das wohl ginge, sowohl mit XBOX LIVE GOLD, als auch mit dem Game Pass.
Ich könnte also den Game Pass ebenfalls für 3 Jahre IM VORAUS aktivieren.

Was ist denn jetzt richtig?

Ich habe auf meinem Account von der vorletzten Gamescom 2017 mehrere Game Pass Codes auf meinem Account einlösen können, und auch ein weiterer Promo-Code konnte problemlos eingelöst werden.

Hast Du denn das Abo-Modell aktiviert, und möchtest einen Prepaid Code stattdessen einlösen?

Oder hast Du den Code bereits auf einem Account "einmalig" eingelöst, und versuchst denselben Code erneut auf einem anderen Account einzulösen (was nicht funktionieren wird)?

Bitte erkläre nochmal genau, welchen Code Du wie erhalten hast, und was Du bereits eingelöst hast, damit wir Dir besser helfen können.

Only support agent will be able to help with this. We on the forums don't have the tools to help with this.
When you go to Contact Usto request a callback, follow these
steps:

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One
Step 2 ----Select See other options
Step 3 ----Select topic
Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

Fragst du dichnicht warum ich das Frage oder sonstiges, ich kam nicht einfachso darauf. ich habe mir 2 Steelbooks gekauft also GamePass und jeweils 60€ bezahlt. Daraufhin habe ich als die angekommen sind eins geöffnet und ganz unten steht Zitat "Wichtiger

Ich hatte auch versucht bei einem 1-Monatigen GamePass der kostenlos im Bundle beim kauf der XBOX ONE X dabei war es mit einer 14tägigen kostenlosen Code zu verlängern, da stand aber iwas von wegen. das es nicht verlängert werden könne. Ich schaue mal nach
was genau nochmal Wort für Wort stand und es wieder zu geben.

If you can try redeem the codes via xbox web page, log in and redeem code under profile. Also you can use the xbox phone app to redeem as well.

You can let your game pass expire and redeem code after.

The 3-month digital codes for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate do not expire.
