Game pass code from game store had already been redeemed.

I bought two 6 month game pass codes from my local game store the first one worked perfectly but when i entered the second code it took longer to authorize and then stated that the code had already been redeemed.

I contacted Game and supplied the receipt and the code that was affected and they said that i have to contact Microsoft to arrange a replacement code.

Please can anyone help as i cant find how to contact Microsoft all i get is a virtual assistant and keep getting sent round and round in circles.

I Managed to contact Microsoft through the Online Live chat and after two sessions my problem has been resolved. The second code had been redeemed to my account but had shown an error due to an overload on the service. The first adviser asked that I wait
a few hours to see if it would resolve its self but it did not.

I contacted the live chat again and gave them the reference number I had been given and they activated another 6 months straight away.

Thank you to everyone who offered advise. I hoped this helps someone else with the same problem.

You need to contact the local store.

They supplied you with the code and they are the ones that need to hand out a replacement code.

MS will come with the same advice I guess.

Write directly to the Xbox technical support and solve the problem with them. They should give you a replacement.
